PICK UP AT THE HOTEL/AIRPORT--HARBOR--PONDOK TANGGUI--LUNCH--CAMP LEAKEY--HARBOR--HOTEL

Driver will pick you up at the hotel or airport by car. He will bring you to the harbor and meet the crew; guide and driver of speed boat.

At 08:10 am you go to Pondok Tanggui, It takes time about fourty minutes by speed boat. Then you will walk about fifteen miutes to feeding platform of Orangutan feeding station.

Ranger will call Orangutan to come, you have to be patient to wait they come. Ranger normally bring banana and milk for them. When the Orangutan come it is the best time to enjoy follow how incredible this animal.

After see Orangutan at Pondok Tanggui, you continue to Pondok Ambung Camp for having lunch. Then you continue to Camp Leakey at 14:00 pm. Camp Leakey was established in 1971 by Dr.Birute Galdikas and Rod Brindamour . Galdikas was encouraged in her dream of studying wild Orangutan in the forests of Southeast Asia by the late paleoanthropologist Dr. Louis Leakey who also the mentored Jane Goodall and the late Dian Fossey in their respective studies of chimpanzees and mountain gorillas.

After you see Orangutan at this camp, you back to the jetty then speed boat will bring you toward back to harbor in Kumai.
